Our promise

We believe in our products, so the deal is simple: complete the full course and if you don't see a visible result, we refund you in full. You don't ship anything back, the product stays with you.

This is a results guarantee. It applies when all of the conditions below are met.

Guarantee conditions

This is a results guarantee, not a change-of-mind refund, so completing and documenting the full course is required. Every point must be met; missing any of them is grounds for declining the claim:

• The course starts within 7 days of delivery and is completed in full, without breaks (see per-product terms below).
• Every day of the course is documented: one photo per day, 14 photos in total, plus a close-up photo on the first and last day.
• All photos are taken in the same place, same lighting, same angle, without flash, with your teeth clearly visible.
• Photos are sent as original, unedited files with capture-date metadata (EXIF). Screenshots and compressed copies are not accepted.
• The claim is sent as one email: within 30 days of delivery and within 3 days of finishing the course.
• The email is sent from the address used for the order and includes the order number. Order details must match.
• The guarantee applies once: per customer, per address, per bank card, and only on your first purchase of the product.
• The guarantee covers products bought on smilence.store only. For discounted orders, the amount actually paid is refunded.
• An incomplete claim can't be completed with follow-up emails. One claim = one email with all attachments.

• All 28 strips used, daily for 14 days in a row, exactly as instructed (30-60 minutes every day).
• A daily photo while wearing the strips (14 photos) + close-ups on day 1 and day 14.
• If every condition is met and the photos show no change, you get 100% back and you keep the strips.

Clean 360° Toothbrush

• Used twice a day, morning and evening, for 14 days in a row.
• A daily photo (14 photos) + close-ups on day 1 and day 14.
• For a manufacturing defect, email a photo and a short video within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free.
• If every condition is met and you're unhappy with the result, you get 100% back and you keep the brush.

Whitening Toothpaste

• Used twice a day for 14 days in a row.
• A daily photo (14 photos) + close-ups on day 1 and day 14.
• If every condition is met and the photos show no change, you get 100% back and you keep the paste.

How to send a claim

One email to smilenceofficial@gmail.com. Put this in the subject line: Guarantee and your order number. The email must include:

• Your order number and the name used on the order.
• All 14 daily photos as original files.
• Close-up photos: day 1 and day 14.
• A few sentences about what you expected and what you got.

Review and refund

We review claims within 14 working days. Conditions are checked precisely: photo count, dates, lighting and metadata. If everything is met, the full amount goes back to the same card within 5-10 working days, with a confirmation by email.

If any point isn't met (for example one daily photo is missing, files are edited, or a deadline passed), the claim is declined and can't be resubmitted. So if you plan to use the guarantee, start documenting from day one.

Damaged or wrong package

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
