Who we are and what we sell

smilence.store is the online store of Smilence, we work from Tbilisi and sell PAP+ teeth-whitening products: whitening strips, toothpaste and accessories. By using the site and placing an order you agree to these terms.

Prices

All prices are in Georgian lari (₾) and already include VAT. A price change never affects an order you've already placed, you pay what you saw at checkout.

Ordering and payment

Payment goes through Shopify's secure checkout, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. We never see your card details: they're processed directly in Shopify's secure system. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery

We ship across Georgia by courier:

• Tbilisi, 1-2 working days.
• Regions, 2-4 working days.
• Free delivery on orders over 100 ₾.

The courier will call you before arriving. If your package is running late, write to us, we'll check right away.

Use and safety

Use the products as directed. The toothpaste is suitable from age 6; the whitening strips are for adults only. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or allergic to any ingredient, check with your doctor or dentist before use.

Limits of liability

We're responsible for delivering a quality product that matches its description. We can't take responsibility for use against the instructions, and results vary from person to person. If anything goes wrong, write to us, that's exactly what our 30-day guarantee is for.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If we ever disagree, we'll always try to work it out together first, just write to us.
